2/24/16 - Year of Mercy Talk by Dr. Kate Wiskus from the Mundelein Seminary

Dr. Wiskus is the adjunct professor at St. Mary of the Lake Seminary in Mundelein, IL. She has been instrumental in teaching our priests, including Fr. Ervin Caliente and Deacon Kyle Manno. 

She will break open the understanding of mercy from the biblical perspective, showing how mercy truly entails giving the other what is needed for life, for thriving, and for salvation. Sometimes that includes forgiveness, but it is not limited to that. She will start a conversation about what that looks like in our busy, modern lives and sometimes chaotic world.
